This is our second service experience with Sammy’s. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience today. Ben was our service tech. We asked him to inspect and clean our electric fireplace, along with our furnace. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned each unit. He explained what he found, what he did, and suggested service schedules for the future. He happily answered our specific questions about the make and model of our furnace, assuring us that we had a quality furnace and that it will serve us well for a long time, as long as we continue to care for and maintain it. We hope to have a long relationship with Sammy’s Heating and Air.

I must also mention that the young lady answering calls at Sammy’s was delightful. She was welcoming (unlike some others I’ve contacted that seem to be put out that I called), she scheduled me quickly (two days later), and invited me to call back with any questions I might have later. Very good experience. This was my first outside interaction of the day, and she started my day out right! Thank you Sammy’s.

We had a great experience with Adam and Dalan. They came out promptly the next day after calling and listened as I explained numerous issues going on with our heating. They repaired everything super fast, gave tips for what we could do to help with duct work and airflow in our old house, and helped me understand everything they were saying. Bonus- they didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary! Super easy to work with- I’ll be calling for my AC tune up in spring!

Ben and Sam went to great lengths keeping our crotchety furnace hobbling along. (I used a different company initially and they gave me all sorts of incorrect info that resulted in exorbitant gas bills and a very cold house.)

Happily, Sammy’s HVAC was recommended to me, and Ben as well as Sam have been a tremendous help ever since. Rather than just making a couple of quick adjustments to the furnace and leaving, they would actually wait afterward to let the furnace cycle on and off a few times to make sure it was working properly. When the old furnace eventually started acting up again, they came out ASAP. Thanks to a generous friend I was able to have Ben and Adam from Sammy’s HVAC install a new furnace, and it’s absolutely perfect. The house is steadily warm now instead of being cold and drafty like it was every time the old furnace came on, and we can leave the furnace running even when we aren’t home without worrying we’ll come home to a deep freeze. It’s the sort of thing you really can’t appreciate fully until you’ve experienced that kind of contrast yourself.

We’re incredibly grateful to Sammy and his crew. We appreciate all their hard work, conscientiousness, and expertise, and highly recommend you call them for anything HVAC-related.
