Outstanding service and price
Sammy is the best heating and air conditioning professional I have ever experienced. His prices are very affordable and a great bargain for what he offers. He is thorough in his work and finds the least expensive way to keep my units working at their best and to keep them working as long as possible. He replaced my old Lennox All-In-One Complete System (heating and cooling) with a new Phoenix Evolution high efficiency heating and boiler system at a very low cost. It is commercial grade, super efficient and very dependable. I am so pleased! Sammy also tests my air conditioner regularly and it hasn’t given me a moment of trouble as he keeps it running smoothly, maintains the refrigerant level and replaces anything about to wear out. Sammy is there for me at any time and he is always so pleasant and friendly regardless of the circumstances. He does not mind going into hot attics or bug ridden crawl spaces to make sure the work is done right and everything is properly inspected.

Sammy’s has done work for me a few times and he’s VERY thorough, honest, and fair. With his knowledge, his work stands the test of time and is worth every single dime. He’s my go-to man.
Honest and upfront
Sammy’s has put in a whole new a/c and heating system in our old, outdated house. Instead of telling us what we need, he took the time to sit with us and explain the different options, costs and expenses so we understood what we were getting for the price. He saved us money by finding a dent/scratch system and put the whole system in on time and UNDER the projected budget cost. Sammy will be the ONLY company to ever do work on my a/c heating. Hard to find truly Honest, integrity and upfront companies like Sammy’s now a days.
Best HVAC Guy
Sam came and serviced our AC and Heater. He is the nicest guy I know and was very honest about services we could do and what we should do. I will always use him for our HVAC needs.

I'm impressed
Sam is an absolute genius. He solved a problem with our water heater pilot light which kept blowing out each time we had a combination of a high wind and the furnace igniting. Several technicians attempted to solve the issue before Sammy’s got involved. No one including the owner of a highly respected HVAC firm was able to solve our problem. Sammy’s is highly dependable which is very important to me. Sammy’s has my highest personal recommendation.
Above and Beyond on Installing NEW A/C
Sam and his technician did a great job on in stalling our new A/C unit and were more than fair on the pricing. First of all, we live in Park City. We always cringe when contractors quote us “Park City” prices and assume that just because we live in Park City we should pay more. We really appreciated the fact that Sammy gave us a very fair estimate. They came out and took meticulous measurements, assessed our needs and recommended the best size unit based on actual need. When they came to install it, they ran into a few glitches since we have an old home that has seen years of DIY improvements and wonky ventilation configurations. They did not charge us anything additional even though they had to spend more time creatively making the new ducts fit into the odd system we already had in place. And all the while Sam and his technician never stopped smiling and being pleasant. Hands down the most pleasant and trustworthy contractors I have ever dealt with.
